Designers competed nightly for prizes during Omaha Fashion Week Designer Showcases! Emerging Designers and Featured Designers were scored by an Omaha Fashion Week Selection Panel composed of Anthony Deon Brown, Brett Foster, Dan Ricters, Edelweiss Rothe, Jennie Mason, Jenny Pool, Kelli Molcyzk, and Kylin Flothe. The panelists scored designs based on the creativity and innovation of the collections and overall presentation. Each night, an Emerging Designer and a Featured Designer will walk away with prize money. Only one Emerging Designer and one Featured Designer will be the winners of our Grand Prize Packages!

OFW is thrilled to announce that 7 of our designers for the Fall ‘24 Season will receive grants from the OFW Investor’s Circle. The Investor’s Circle was started in December 2023 by former OFW Producer Brook Hudson and OFW Casting Director Alyssa Dilts. This season we raised ~$3,500 to give to our designers, equaling 7 total grants for the season.
If you’ve spent time backstage or appreciated the impact of a full designer look on the OFW Runway, then you’re probably acquainted with SOHO Hair Academy. As a proud partner of OFW’s Beauty Alliance, SOHO leads a team of passionate student and professional artists in producing hair and makeup for the runway!

During our Spring 2024 season, former producer, Brook Hudson, and Owner of Develop Model Management, Alyssa Dilts, launched a brand-new program inside of Omaha Fashion Week to support designers as they move through the seasons of our showcases. The Investor’s Circle is a public funding pool where anyone can donate any amount that will go directly into the pockets of our designers.
