Friday Feb 17th @ 6pm: Chi & Cale
CHI may sound familiar to you from your lunch hour commute with Channel 94.1. Chi slays beats by day, but her true passion shines when she is immersed in the community and telling stories. Her proudest accomplishment is her son and she claims to have perfected embarrassing her son while still being a cool mom! Chi is truly at home when she is connecting with members of her community and learning of their struggles and successes. Whether volunteering or being a wonder mom she is one fierce woman!
CALE is a spunky, 10-year-old boy who is going places fast. He is our junior emcee for both Friday and Saturday night! He has a love for fashion and has even modeled in some print ads! If you're attending Saturday afternoon, you may even spot him on the runway! He has done acting on shows such as Nicky, Ricky, Dicky, & Dawn on Nickelodeon and is working on his craft! But locally he is best known for his Meet the Bluejays series!
Saturday Feb 18th @ 2pm: Kayla & Mike
KAYLA is the Executive producer of the Morning Blend and one half of our emcee duo Saturday afternoon! Kayla does everything from a fill-in host, prom dress model, and anything else that needs to be done around the Morning Blend. When she isn’t on or behind a camera she is being a mom to her two kids and two dogs!
MIKE is the co-host for the Morning Blend and the second half of our Saturday afternoon emcee duo--we couldn't break up such a great team after all! He has been making music and playing instruments from a young age. He was even a founding member of the local band, GroovePuppet. Mike is a loving father of two daughters and when he isn’t hosting the Morning Blend he can be found spending time with his family.
Saturday Feb 18th @ 2pm: Anna & Cale
ANNA is the founder, head writer, and designer at HaHas for HooHas. She has done everything from creating advertisements to writing a blog. She is a stay-at-home mom who loves a classic combo of jeans and a white V-neck with some cool jewelry to turn up the volume a bit. She is a woman who is not afraid to take a stand, volunteer, and offer hope. We can’t wait to see her and Cale co-emcee the final runway for Kids Rule!
