Last week, designers pitched their ideas to a panel of industry experts brought together by OFW. The experts scored each designer and provided feedback that was used to make final selections. The designers are scored on innovation, construction, marketability, concept and the overall presentation.

Omaha Fashion Week concluded Saturday evening after a weeklong celebration of fashion talent in the Midwest. Over 60 designers and 15 boutiques showed collections on the runway this week. Over 700 guests turned up to support local cancers survivors during the beautiful and emotional Methodist Survivor Show presented by Xenon Academy. Kicking off the Survivor Show's sixth year, over 130 cancer survivors hit the runway as models, dressed by generous boutiques local to the Omaha area.
For first time in Omaha Fashion Week history, the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and OFW collaborated to create the UNL Student Showcase. Over 30 designers showed almost one hundred looks on the runway Wednesday evening, as students competed for four different scholarships.
