The OFW team is working hard sorting through over 70 applications for this year's line-up of fall shows. "It's truly amazing that only four years ago, we started with 12 designers...it just shows how many talented artists are living and working in Omaha," OFW producer, Nick Hudson said. What is OFW looking for in a designer? "We are looking for things that have never been shown before that demonstrate good design quality and innovation. We like a mixture of ready-to-wear, glamour and art," said Hudson. This year's designer-hopefuls have something for everyone - many are doing a blend of women's, men's and children's wear ranging in everything from swimwear to evening wear.
Designers will receive notification from the OFW team via email on April 25 about their placement in the fall line-up.
