What to Expect:
Welcome to your BIG day trial run! Grab a glass of bubbly and enjoy an evening of inspiration. Get a taste of what our selected local vendors have to offer - from hors d'voeuvres and sweet bites, to centerpieces and floral arrangements, we will cover every category on your wedding to-do list. Think of this as a taste test for every aspect of your wedding by going through a faux wedding reception, followed by a meet & greet in the Vendor Market. The Vendor Market will give you the opportunity to get to know the vendors and book who you would like to work with. Our goal is to make sure your BIG day is unforgettable.
The Program:
WELCOME
Wedding "guests" will be greeted with a glass of champagne and invited to join others for a cocktail hour. "Guests" will be inspired by several table designs and styles featuring different linens, centerpieces, and table settings. Take a look around and see which style best suits you and your other half!
TASTE TESTING
Taste test excellent cuisine and cocktails provided by local caterers. Light hors d'oeuvres will be served as you collect inspiration for your big day.
WEDDING DAY ON THE RUNWAY
Get the chance to view what's on-trend in bridal wear. Our "brides" will be showcased in ceremony vignettes and will also be roaming so you can see and feel the gowns up close.
ENTERTAINMENT
Music can make or break an event, so why not hire the experts? DJ's along with live musicians from around the area will be playing the music you want to hear at your wedding to get your guests up and dancing!
VENDOR MARKET
See something you love? The Vendor Market will allow you to network with the vendors, ask questions, and get your BIG day booked with the best!
