What’s the Schedule?
Doors open at 6 p.m. for the pre-party in the Peroni VIP Lounge. The Peroni VIP Lounge includes complimentary drinks and hors d'oeuvres from 6-7:45 p.m. Runway show starts at 8 p.m. Any empty seats after 8 p.m. will be re-allocated. The show ends around 10:30 p.m. with the Official After Party immediately following.
Reminder: Print your tickets!!
Be sure to print your tickets to ensure a smooth check-in to the event. You must show your ticket on paper or on your smart phone to enter the Fashion Tent. You should have received an email from Ticketleap with a link to your tickets immediately after placing your order. If you did not receive this email, check your spam and junk mail. If you still can’t find your tickets, please email the OFW office at info@omahafashionweek.comand we’ll resend your tickets.
How do I get to the Fashion Tent?
The Fashion Tent is a 22,000 square foot tent in The Yard on 14th & Cuming in downtown Omaha. We are located in the parking lot across the street from the Slowdown and Blueline Coffee. Enter The Yard in the northwest entrance right off of Cuming St.
What about parking?
VIP guests have complimentary valet parking near the front door of tent. Just pull up to the Borsheims Red Carpet and show your VIP ticket (either printed or on your smart phone) to receive complimentary valet parking. Please do not leave valuables in your car. OFW is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
What do I wear?
We encourage you to dress it up and wear something fashion forward because you will be in runway and Borsheims Red Carpet photos that will be posted all over our website, social media channels and in our magazine.
What goes on at the Pre-Party?
Drinks, mingling, shopping, art and fashion! The Peroni VIP Lounge will feature the work of Matt Babe, a young artist who just graduated from Westside High School and is creating amazing street art and fine art out of his studio at Hot Shops. The Lounge will also feature sketches of this season's signature looks on canvas and note cards by OFW's Official Fashion Illustrator, Audi Helkuik! In addition to these artists, you will find a wonderful array of retailers and brands in our retail booths and on platforms.
Will there be drinks at my table?
Yes! A round of drinks will be provided at your table. It includes a selection of Peroni Beer, Crispin Hard Cider and two bottles of bubbly. We will set drinks at tables between 7-7:30 p.m. to ensure they are cold when the show starts. If you would like yours set earlier, please talk to one of our volunteers when you arrive. Bottle service is $120 and available upon request.
How do I buy the clothes I see on the runway?
OFW is making it easier than ever to get in touch with your favorite designers about the looks you love from the runway! If you see something that you need to have in your closet ASAP, just text the designer's name to 88202. Boom! You will be automatically connected to the designer and will receive that designer's contact details. Texting codes will be shared on the runway screen throughout the shows and can be referenced on the back cover of the new edition of Omaha FASHION Magazine.
What happens after the show?
Come celebrate the conclusion of Omaha Fashion Week at our official OFW Afterparty in the tent, featuringthe sounds of NuDisco and Tropical House by DJ LEcube, Lighting by Sam Spencer, Visuals by Brett Foster, Models by Develop Model Management, Fashion styling by McLovin - a store for men! Your OFW ticket gets you free admission!
