COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES
The venue will operate at 40% capacity to allow for 6 feet of social distance between groups of guests, and a new runway configuration will double the number of front row seats.
Arrival times for guests will be staggered according to ticket level. Guests will be welcomed into the building on the following schedule: 6:00-6:30pm Corporate Box Guests; 6:30-7:00pm VIP 1 Guests; 7:00-7:30pm VIP 2 Guests.
A pre-event screening questionnaire will be issued the evening before the event via email and text that must be completed by noon, day of show. Anyone feeling sick should stay home. The OFW team will make arrangements with anyone experiencing symptoms to exchange live in-person tickets for digital online tickets, as long as we know via the questionnaire by noon on the day of show.
Temperature checks will be taken at the doors. Anyone with a temperature over 100.4 will not be allowed into the building. The OFW team will make arrangements for these individuals to access the digital online stream.
All staff members will wear masks and guests are strongly encouraged to wear masks.
Hand sanitizer stations will be positioned throughout the venue.
The Pop-Up Shop Market will be paused this season to make room for an expanded, socially-distant backstage area. This change will add 5,000 square feet to the backstage. We aim to keep talent & guests as safe as possible.
Bar and food service will be decentralized throughout the venue to limit the gathering of crowds.
