COVID-19 and quarantine are messing with our minds…literally. We know we’re not alone, and we bet it’s getting to you too. Which is why we started Mind Matters, a collection of conversations on mental health during coronavirus.

As part of this series, we invite you to join us JUNE 4TH at 8:00PM on Instagram Live as we (virtually) sit down with special guest Kristi Tackett-Newburg, PhD. Tune in as we chat with Kristi on topics like self-care, coping mechanisms, managing anxiety, and MORE!
