Omaha Fashion Week's 10 Year Anniversary is just around the corner, and we're thrilled to share more about our amazing lineup of headliners!
Ysabel Hilado is a budding young 19-year-old women’s ready-to-wear designer. She discovered her love for design in the 8th grade, and began creating custom pocket tee shirts which soon began to sell both domestically and internationally.
Passionate about her love of fashion design and eager to make a name for herself, Ysabel went on to start a fashion blog as well as create a YouTube channel featuring her own DIY sewing tutorials. The self-taught designer’s hard work paid off, landing her a spot on the premiere season of the Lifetime Network’s Project Runway Junior.
Ysabel describes her design aesthetic as “street chic”, combining urban street style trends and feminine elements. Currently based out of Southern California, Ysabel hopes to continue building her brand while simultaneously inspiring other young creators to explore their passions.
