Michael Drummond is a Saint Louis native whose work has been shown from the runways of Kansas City Fashion Week all the way to Project Runway, as a contestant on Season 8 of the hit TV series.
Growing up with a love for fashion, he began making dresses for his sister's dolls at an early age with whatever materials he could get his hands on. Fast forward to present day, and Michael’s designs have been showcased alongside the likes of Alexander McQueen and Maison Martin Margiela. In addition to his own design work, he has worked as a commercial stylist, a pattern maker and a freelance designer for The Opera Theatre of Saint Louis.
Michael is known for his knitwear designs with a style that is a little offbeat, often using unexpected materials.
