The final runway show before we dive into the VIP Finale was held last night. Omaha Fashion Week’s last designer showcase, themed “Back to Nature” blew the audience away. Flora, fauna and desert themes were seen with these collections. In addition, designers brought impeccable evening wear, leather harnesses, unisex looks, and 1970s inspired hair to the runway. It was a mixed bag exploring all things nature…human and otherwise.

Another incredible pre-party kicked off our night with the Borsheims Red Carpet, live entertainment, and retailers. INFNTLP of BOTH with special guest CJ Mills gave the crowd a remarkable performance. The hip-hop artists were on set from 6 – 7:45 pm.

After the pre-party, the runway show began with some very special and talented designers. Five veteran designers and one newcomer debuted their latest collection. Leah Kettelson, Chessna Fernald, Buf Reynolds, Audio Helkuik, and Andy Kollath all competed for the $500 prize provided by SAC Federal Credit Union. The winner of last night's show will be announced on Monday, August 29th. Past Fashion Cup winner, Dan Richters, also debuted his latest collection as the headlining designer.
