Our August 2020 Season of OFW kicks off TONIGHT - OMG! Here's everything you need to know to stay safe and have fun at our fashion shows, August 27-29. There are some big changes due to Covid-19 - so please read carefully. Let’s keep each other safe!
Pre-Arrival Point of Reflection: Have I been exposed to Covid-19 in the past 14 days?
We are asking front of house guests to do the same as our talent backstage - think about what you have been up to over the past 14 days and who you have been around. Here are our guidelines to decide if you should stay home:
Positive Covid test in past 14 days = stay home.
Awaiting results of covid test in past 14 days = stay home.
Compromised immune system = stay home.
Close contact to someone with a positive test in the past 14 days = stay home. See definition of close contact below.
Close contact is:
Being within 6 ft of someone at risk of covid, for at least 15 minutes in the past 14 days (this includes someone awaiting test results!!).
Providing care at home for someone who is sick with Covid in the past 14 days
Having direct physical contact with someone who has covid…no matter the amount of time or mask status…in the past 14 days.
Sharing eating/drinking utensils with a positive person in the past 14 days
Being coughed or sneezed upon by a positive person in the past 14 days
If you decide it is best to stay home due to a potential exposure, p;ease email us at tickets@omahafashionweek.com by 4 p.m. today. We will get you access to the Live Stream so that you can watch the show safely at home.

VIP Amenities for all!
Doors to Omaha Design Center open at 6:00pm. We suggest a staggered arrival time by ticket type. Following a staggered arrival time will not cause you to miss out on the benefits of your VIP tickets.
Corporate Box Guests: 6 p.m. arrival
VIP I guests: 6:30 p.m. arrival
VIP II guests: 7 p.m. arrival
The format of the pre-party has dramatically changed due to Covid-19 - there will be no retail or VIP Lounge, to make more space for a socially distanced backstage. Here is what the Dreams Med Spa & Village Point Aesthetic Surgery VIP Experience will be like this season:
Valet Parking - as always, you can pull right up to the doors and head straight into the builidng without breaking a sweat! Just pull up to the front door and show your ticket (either printed or on a smartphone) to receive complimentary valet parking. Please do not leave valuables in your car. OFW is not responsible for lost or stolen items.If you would prefer to self-park, ample parking will be available for you to do so.
Red Carpet Photos! Photos will be posted on Facebook following each day's event. Be sure to tag yourself if you want to be included in our next edition of Omaha FASHION Magazine!
Four rounds of of our signature cocktail from Absolut Juice! You will receive a cocktail when you arrive, plus be offered another round at each break in the show [Be sure to have a designated driver if you plan to take us up on all four rounds!]. There are three breaks instead of one big intermission. Other drinks are available for purchase through the bar.
A progressive meal along the runway provided by our friends at Save the Date Catering! We are super excited about this one! During each break, guests will be served a new bite-sized course in our progressive meal.
Covid-19 Safety Measures Upon Your Arrival & During Event:
Each guest will be required to do a health screening,have a temperature check and sanitize their hands upon arrival. Anyone with a temp or symptoms of Covid-19 will have their ticket converted to a live stream ticket and be sent home.
If you do not feel well, have a temperature or think you might have been exposed to Covid-19, please stay home. Contact us at tickets@omahafashionweek.com by noon on the day of event so we have time to get you access to the live stream. We don't want anyone to miss out on the show!
All guests must wear masks when not eating or drinking. We are following a mandate by the city of Omaha for public events. OFW will provide each guest with a bag to store their mask while eating or drinking. Please sanitize your hands before you eat and after placing your mask back on your face. Your mask should fit snug to your face and cover your mouth and nose.
We have designed this event to limit congregating - which is why we are serving food & drink to you in your seat. If you feel the need to get up, please do so at one of our 10-minute breaks. During the time you are out of your seat, please wear your mask and help us maintain social distancing in the venue.
Help us know who is sitting where:
Click on Find My Orders in the upper right corner
Enter the email address you used to place your ticket order
Check your email for a message from Ticketleap that will have a list of your tickets with a link to each, which you should click on.
You will end up at an order confirmation page for your ticket. On that page, there will be a link to Add Attendee Information. Follow that link and enter the email and names of your attendees.
This will help us have a more detailed understanding of who was sitting where in the event we have to contact trace. Thank you in advance for helping us with this!
Tips to get the most out of your OFW Experience:
Meet our designers in the Virtual Pop Up Shop that will be running from 6-10 p.m. each night on BoothCentral.com. Garments will be for sale right off the runway and you can chat with designers on video or text through BoothCentral. Registration is free and includes access to tons of additional OFW video content. All you have to do is enter your name and email - anyone can participate!

Preorder your OFW swag! We have new t-shirts coming in, just in time for this season. Place your order here and pick up at the event. We will not have on-site sales for merch, due to our Covid-19 safety plan. All merch orders for on-site pick up must be placed by midnight the night before planned pick up.
Download the latest edition of Omaha FASHION Magazine! We’ll have printed copies on site as well, but for those who want to limit contact with surfaces or are watching online, this will come in handy!

Reminder: Bring your tickets! Be sure to have your tickets ready to ensure a smooth check-in. You must show your ticket on paper or a smartphone to enter the event. If you did not receive an email from Ticketleap after placing your ticket order, check your spam and junk mail. If you still can’t find your tickets, please email tickets@omahafashionweek.com and we’ll resend your tickets.
How do I get to Omaha Design Center? Coming from US-75N, take a right (go East) on Cuming Street. Omaha Design Center will be on the left just past 16th Street, if you reach 15th Street, you’ve gone just a little bit too far.
What do I wear? You will see everything from a little black dress to evening gowns, from jeans to suits! We encourage you to dig out that outfit you've been dying to try and rock it - WITH A MASK - obviously! If you're still not sure what to wear, visit us on Facebook and check out past Red Carpet photo albums.
